Mother's Day brunch.
Classic Club is once again serving a
Champagne Brunch on Mother's Day,
Sunday, May 13, in its award-winning
Bellatrix Restaurant. From the mo-
ment guests arrive, they'll realize they
are in for a memorable experience,
as the display of fresh food in the
restaurant's foyer previews the
culinary smorgasbord they will
soon enjoy.
Julian Gastelum, Classic Club's
Food and Beverage Director, said the
Mother's Day brunch offers an ideal
opportunity to celebrate your mom
and everything she does for you
throughout the year without
any of the stress of preparing a
family meal.
"We accompany the brunch
with a complimentary glass of
Rosé and the occasion is a great way
to bring your family out for a relaxing
day together," Gastelum said. "You
can let us cook for you and take care
of your family so that you can focus
your attention on spending quality
time together."
From eggs, made-to-order omelets
and French toast to carving stations
featuring New York strip and rubbed
pork loin, there's something for every-
one. There's also a seafood station that
includes crab, shrimp, salmon and
more, along with a bevy of desserts to
tempt anyone's sweet tooth.
Kids can choose from pancakes,
chicken fingers, French fries and mac-
aroni and cheese.
"The fresh seafood station is one of
our most popular areas," Gastelum
said. "We set up a three-tier tower to
showcase the fresh fish and accompa-
nying sauces. Our omelet station gets
plenty of action since our guests get to
create omelets custom to their prefer-
ence with our chefs cooking them to
order."
Classic Club's Mother's Day brunch
is $49 for adults and $20 for children
6-12, and guests are encouraged to
make reservations.
