Why private country clubs are an ideal
location for charity golf tournaments

hen it comes to planning a successful charity
golf tournament, venue selection is key.
Finding a course that your participants are
eager to play will increase your player count and
fundraising potential. An often overlooked option for
a tournament venue is a private country club.
"Most people's perception is that in order to host a
tournament at a private club, you have to be a member
at the club, which isn't true," said Holly Redheffer,
