t's an exciting time of year at Bel-
latrix Restaurant, from holiday
events and wine dinners to brand-
new lunch, dinner, bar, and dessert
menus. Here's an inside look:
Q Kicking off the holiday season is
the annual Thanksgiving lunch at
Bellatrix, featuring a butternut
squash soup or Bellatrix salad fol-
lowed by a traditional Thanksgiving
entree of turkey, green beans, stuff-
ing, cranberry sauce, and mashed
potatoes and gravy, as well as a
choice of bourbon pecan pie or
pumpkin pie for dessert. Reserva-
tions are open from 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
and the price is $26.95 for adults,
$12.95 for kids ages 6–12, and free for
kids under the age of 6 years old.
"Our Thanksgiving lunch really is
a fantastic value for the quality of
event," said Ruan Krugel, Bellatrix
Restaurant Manager.
Q The next event on the calendar is
the latest in a series of wine dinners
set for December 18 at 6:30 p.m. De-
tails are still in the works, but as with
past events you can expect to enjoy
five courses paired with select wines.
Q The holiday season wraps up
with a fantastic New Year's Eve din-
ner. Capped at 150 people for the
evening, this dinner is an elegant af-
fair, with live music, champagne, and
a poached lobster tail and crab risotto
or a garlic and black lava salt crusted
7-ounce prime filet entree.
Q Amid all of the excitement of
the holiday season, Bellatrix also re-
cently launched new menus. With
brand-new items such as the pan-
seared grouper served with a warm
caprese of basil, tomato, and moz-
zarella, as well as re-tooled classics
such as the four-bone dijon and herb
half rack of lamb, the menu is sure
to please the most sophisticated of
palates.
In addition to the great fare at
Bellatrix Restaurant this holiday
season, a feast for the eyes awaits.
"Bellatrix does an absolutely
spectacular job of decking the halls,"
said Krugel. "Every room has a dif-
ferent enormous Christmas tree, and
the grounds are decorated to the
nines with Christmas lights."

Hostess and Server-in-Training
Amanda Cardenas' favorite dish? The
new menu highlight Lobster Mac &
Cheese.
"With the lobster knuckle and claw,
a creamy white cheese sauce, and
shaved black truffle topping, this dish
is a childhood favorite taken to the
next level," she said.
