TAKES PLACE AT TETHEROW GOLF CLUB
T
etherow Golf Club made history this year as
host of the first-ever GolfBoard Open Tour-
nament, held May 29-30. Sixty players
participated in the event, including
GolfBoard co-founder and surfer Laird
Hamilton, while Bend, Ore. resident
Mark Reinecke walked away with the
title – and won his very own GolfBoard.
"The tournament was impressive, to
say the least," said Tetherow Managing
Partner Chris van der Velde.
Last year, Tetherow was the first course
in the country to incorporate GolfBoards
