n COLLEGE GOLFERS TAKE ON LONGBOW

ongbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz., hosted
the 2015 National Junior College Athletic
Association Women's Golf Championships
in May, where more than 30 colleges were
represented with players from across the
country. Florida's Seminole State took
home the championship trophy.
This isn't the first time the na-
tionally recognized Longbow has
been the location for a big-time event.
The AJGA Winn Grips Heather Farr
Classic takes place at Longbow each
year, and the club also has hosted the Gateway
Classic for the Symetra Tour featuring aspiring
LPGA Tour players.

the Year" by the
Oregon Golf Course
Superintendents
Association.
The OGCSA pro-
motes environmental
stewardship and
research and de-
velopment for
continual course
improvement.
As recipient of
the award, Wenker
was honored for
exemplifying those
traits in his work.
