BRANDEL'S RULES FOR
SCOTTSDALE GOLF
NEVER FORGET YOUR CAMERA...
BECAUSE THE SCENERY IS SPECTACULAR
One of the things I love most about golf in Scottsdale is the scenery. Everywhere
you look — it's just incredible. And, the Sonoran Desert isn't bad either.
RULE #4
I Love Scottsdale Golf and I promise you will, too. Learn more about

I
f you're the type of golfer that fin-
ishes your round with a hearty ap-
petite, then the Boss Burger served
in the Trophy Room Restau-
rant at ASU Karsten Golf
Course is waiting for you.
Served on a challah
bun, the half-pound all-
beef Angus patty is
slathered with a fire-roasted
poblano pepper, house-made pulled
pork, jalapeño bacon,
fresh guacamole,
pepper jack cheese,
Four Peaks Pitchfork
Ale barbecue sauce
and an egg fried over
easy. It also comes
with a side order. (We
recommend the
house-made chips.)
With a lineup like
that it's no surprise
the Boss Buger has garnered its fair
share of attention – including a fea-
ture segment on local news stations
in Tempe, Arizona.
"It's our signature dish," says
Trophy Room Food and Beverage
Director Joe Martin. "People's eyes
get really big when they see it and
they get pretty excited."
