A season of excitement is in store at Classic Club
T
he golf season in the Coachella Valley is here and I'm excited
that our course will re-open in great condition this month
after fall overseeding.
With the beginning of the season comes plenty of opportunities,
including a full slate of charity tournaments where golfers can
participate in a fun event and contribute to a great cause.
Or you can join us for one of our Holiday Shotgun
events on Thanksgiving and New Year's Day, and
get in 18 holes before heading off to celebrate the
occasion. And if you like, you can spend all day
with us on Thanksgiving and partake in a tradi-
tional turkey dinner that will be served at Bellatrix
Restaurant on November 22.
With cooler days ahead, the golf shop is getting ready
for the season, and you can find new apparel items featured in this
issue that will help keep you comfortable on the course.
If you're making an effort to improve your game this time of year,
then I encourage you to check out this issue's article from PGA
Teaching Professional Jason Smith highlighting three of his favorite
training aids that will help strengthen your muscles and improve
your alignment and tempo.
I hope you enjoy this edition of the Insider and I wish everyone a
happy and healthy holiday season.
