LIGHT AND DELICIOUS MENU OPTIONS
S
ummertime is a great opportunity to try some of the lighter menu
options at Bellatrix Restaurant. Featuring fresh produce, light sauces
and refreshing taste combinations, several delicious dishes on the
lighter side can be found on both the lunch and dinner menus.
The skilled sta' at Bellatrix knows the menu as well as anyone, and
their favorites include the Sa'ron Scallops, the Vegetable Spaghetti and
the Grouper Caprese. The Sa'ron Scallops dish is one of the lightest
items on the menu, with four pan-seared scallops topped with a red
pepper risotto and a sweet corn and fennel relish.
The Vegetable Spaghetti dish features spaghetti squash with basil
marina and seasonal vegetables, as the highlight vegetarian option on
the dinner menu. And the Grouper Caprese is a pan-seared grouper
served with a warm caprese of basil, tomato, red onion, mozzarella and
lemon fumé.
Bellatrix is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch from 11 a.m.-
3 p.m. and for dinner from 5:30-7 p.m.
