title? Machine Opera-
tor. What does your
job entail? I operate
every machine on
property and can do
all jobs, except for irri-
gation. How long at
Classic Club? 11
years this month. What do you enjoy most? I
like all of it because I have been given the op-
portunity to learn every job and machine. Your
greatest strength on the job? I think all of it
because my managers have always given me
compliments on all of the jobs I've done.
What's most challenging? The weather can
be tough sometimes. One thing people don't
know about your job? I'm always asked how I
work outside in the sun all day. Motto on the
job? Do a better job than I did the day be-
fore. Your greatest achievement? To be able
to support my family and help my parents in
Mexico. What do you like to do outside of
work? I love to go dancing any chance I get.

tail? Setting up the
restaurant, bussing
tables, helping guests
and restocking and

your job? Working with my teammates. What
is your greatest strength on the job? Mak-
ing people happy. What's most challenging
about your job? Trying to make everyone
happy! What's one thing people don't know
about your job? I think people underesti-
mate me. What's your motto on the
job? Teamwork makes the "dream work." Your
greatest achievement? Making my family
proud. What do you like to do outside of
work? Spend time with family and friends.
