T
he months of July and
August at Classic Club
usher in longer day-
light hours, warmer tempera-
tures, and, most notably,
significant discounts on
catering and event options.
"Because we typically have
fewer events scheduled in the
summer, we're able to give
guests price breaks as far as
room rentals and additional
event costs are concerned,"
said Charlsie Osborne,
Sales & Catering Manager
at Classic Club. "For exam-
ple, we waive room fees for
larger parties booked in July
and August."
With the same great event
packages and catering menu
options available during the
summer, discounted rates
simply mean lower prices for
the same high-quality, well-
organized events Classic
Club is known for.
"Anytime of year, guests
can enjoy the beautiful views
of the golf course from our
event spaces," said Osborne.
"The Orion ballroom, which
just opened in the fall of 2015,
has an entire wall of win-
dows that look out onto the
golf course and nearby
mountains."
Those views include a
close-up look at the unique
pine and willow trees on the
property, characteristics that
make Classic Club stand out
in a desert of palm trees.
"The pine and willow trees
on our property really
give guests the sense that
they're away from it all,"
said Osborne. "Classic Club
is a little bit of an escape,
and that serene, beautiful
oasis can be felt with every
event held here."
Amid summer events, the
sales and catering team is
also hard at work already
booking events for the fall
and into the holiday season,
as the month of December
in particular is always a
popular time for events at
Classic Club.
"Typically by the time Sep-
tember and October roll
around, the month of Decem-
ber is already booked for
events," said Osborne. "Now
is the time to start thinking
about holiday event plans."
