WORLD'S LARGEST GOLF OUTING IN JULY

lassic Club will be participating in the World's Largest Golf Outing
again this year to help raise money for the Fisher House Founda-
tion, which provides no-cost housing options for military and veterans'
families while their loved ones are receiving treatment.
"Classic Club is honored to be one of the many Troon facilities partici-
pating in such a worthwhile event to help raise money for the wounded
warriors," said Diane Plichta, Charitable Sales & Marketing Manager at
Classic Club. "Last year we had 80 players sign up, and we hope to reach
120 this year. The local support for this event has been overwhelming,
and we look forward to another great turn-out this year."
The World's Largest Golf Outing will be held July 31 at Classic Club,
with registration at 6:30 a.m. and play beginning at 7:30 a.m. Cost is $60
for single players, $120 for twosomes, and $240 for foursomes.

GOLF NEWS: Summer maintenance dates
IMPROVEMENT FOR TIP3TOP GOLF

ummer months are the perfect time of year to conduct
routine maintenance on the golf course, which means
the agronomy team at Classic Club is going to be busy in
the near future.
The course will be closed for maintenance on June 6 and
June 27; July 5-6, July 11-15, and July 25-26; every Monday
and Tuesday in August; and September 12 and 26.
In addition to routine maintenance, the course will be
closed for overseeding from October 10-November 11.

t's that time of year at Classic Club, when the daylight hours are long and the tee time
rates are at their lowest. From now through August 28, standard guest rates for the
summer are $79 seven days a week. Beginning August 29 and running through October
12, rates for standard guest play will be $99.
Green fees include a $15 food and beverage credit, cart with GPS usage, and practice
balls. Tee time reservations can be booked either online or by calling the Golf Shop for
availability.
