at Chardonnay, "as we do fill
up with both returning and
new guests."
Chardonnay is a full-service
facility with several different
venues that can accommodate
any special request, such as
specific ethnic caterers, and
they still decorate the facility
with traditional Christmas
trees and lights.
"In terms of being a great
event site, we are easily acces-
sible and centrally located
from three major highways,
we have beautiful views with
incredible sunsets, and we can
have amplified music until
midnight because there are no
private homes located on our
club," said Roldan.

options for catering, from ca-
sual breakfasts to plated din-
ners and everything in

son the team isn't able to ac-
commodate your specific
catering needs, they do allow
licensed and bonded outside
caterers at the club as well.

special Winemakers
Dinner event on Sept. 16,
featuring the Robledo
Family Winery.
The night began with,
of course, an excellent
selection of Robledo
wines at a tasting.
Executive Chef Adolfo
Garcia then
prepared a
breathtak-
ing gour-
met meal
with five
courses, each
perfectly and thought-
fully paired with a variety
of Robledo wines.
Great food and wine
were mixed with excel-
lent company at this
event, ideal for celebrat-
ing a shared love of wine.
