EXPLORE FOOTJOY.COM FAMILY TIES n GOLF BONDS TWIN BROTHERS I dentical twins Derek and Daryl Crawford have never really grown that far apart. Both graduated the same high school and college, worked in the Arizona golf industry for 30 years, and recently assumed new positions at two OB Sports- managed courses. Derek Crawford is the new Direc- tor of Golf at ASU Karsten Golf Course in Tempe, replacing Daryl, who has been named General Manager at Papago Golf Course in Phoenix. "Their love for golf, years of experience and work ethic have served them well, and they haven't forgotten to give back along the way," said OB Sports Chief Operating Offi- cer Phil Green. "Their story is a great example of how golf can become the founda- tion of success." Both brothers have worked at an array of golf courses in the Phoenix- Scottsdale area, as well as working as tour reps for PING. Both attended Phoenix College and Arizona State University, where they played collegiate golf. Along with their skill at running golf courses, the Crawfords also give back by hosting regular ama- teur events, and in 2012, they lob- bied members of Congress to create a National Golf Day. < Brothers Derek and Daryl Crawford lobbying Congress.
