American Golf excels from bowl games to golf games
T
o say that American Golf can handle any event –
large or small – would not be an exaggeration.
As the college bowl season swept through
Pasadena earlier this year, American Golf was there to
handle all the catering for the Rose Bowl and BCS Cham-
pionship games. We served food to more
than 37,000 people and poured more than
60,000 fireball shots. It was a monumen-
tal effort, and proof that American Golf
can successfully manage operations for
major events.
But helping our guests plan, organize
and execute successful events of all sizes is
something our teams do every day at our public and pri-
vate facilities across Southern California. Whether it's a
