hether this is your first time visiting or yet another
annual pilgrimage to Gamble Sands, we'd like to
welcome you to beautiful Brewster, Washington.
It's been a wonderful nine years since the Gebbers Family
opened the Sands Course, critically acclaimed as one of the
top 100 golf spots in the country and named best in the state.
In that time, the family, which has been farming and ranch-
ing on the property for more than a century, has added The Inn
at Gamble Sands offering 37 rooms, the QuickSands, a 14-hole
par-3 course designed for fast golf and fun times, and the Cas-
cade Putting Course, a 100,000-square-foot green with se-
rious slopes and stunning scenery.
Excitement continues to build at Gamble Sands, too.
We are currently in the process of a major expansion. Over
the next two years, we will be adding more rooms to The Inn at
Gamble Sands, an additional restaurant to go along with
Danny Boy Bar & Grill, and a second championship golf course
designed by world-renowned architect David McLay Kidd.
In this annual magazine, you can learn more about the
history of Gamble Sands as well as some of our plans for the
future. In addition, we provide an inside look at our all-star
maintenance team, what's new in the golf shop, the benefits
of group gatherings, and much more.
