Celebrate National Pizza Day
with special selection of pies
If you like pizza, you'll want to come to Bellatrix
Restaurant on Thursday, February 9.
That's the moment the restaurant will celebrate Na-
tional Pizza Day with a host of special pies, and you can
get a slice of the action beginning at 11 a.m.
Bellatrix will be serving up an assortment of pizzas,
including Margherita; Pepperoni; Chorizo, Pineapple
and Jalapeño; Bacon, Ham and Sausage; and
Caramelized Onions with Grilled Chicken and Béchamel
Sauce.
"We'll also have several artisanal flatbreads at dis-
counted pricing," said Director of Food and Beverage
Anthony Nespoli.
Valentine's Day dinner
features five-course meal
Romance will be in the air on Tuesday, February
14, as Bellatrix Restaurant will prepare a special
Valentine's Day dinner to celebrate the occasion.
Couples will be able to enjoy a five-course meal
that is expertly paired with a variety of fine wines.
The dinner kicks off with grilled shrimp with Italian
salsa and a leek and corn soup with navy beans
and pancetta. The main entree features a 7-ounce
American Wagyu filet mignon or a pan-seared
Chilean sea bass.
Dinner is from 5-7 p.m. and is $300 per couple.
Tasting event features
The Prisoner Wine Company
You never know what good things will pop up
at Bellatrix Restaurant. And on Saturday, February 4,
a pop-up wine-tasting event will take place from
2-5 p.m. with The Prisoner Wine Company.
The event will feature a tasting of the Napa Valley
company's lineup of Unshackled and Prisoner wines.
Offerings will include cabernets, chardonnays, red
blends, pinot noirs, sauvignon blanc, sparkling and
sparkling rosé, which according to the company's
website are recognized as some of the most bold and
innovative wine brands on the market.
Admission is $15 per person and includes light ap-
petizers served buffet style.
