The 2018 Blanc de Blancs has bright aromas
of fresh apples, lemon-lime and warm
wheat toast, intermingled with hints of
baked pineapple and toasted almonds. Its
vibrant flavors of Meyer lemon and Granny
Smith apples bring a nice tartness to the
mid-palate, leading to a clean, bright finish.
2018 J. Davies Cabernet

The 2018 J. Davies Estate "jd" Cabernet opens
with aromas of blackberry, currants, milk
chocolate, and sour cherry, accentuated by
fresh coffee, dense and dark dried plum, and
red licorice. The palate's lush entry of straw-
berry pie precedes a lightly floral mid-palate.
Well-structured tannins are infused with a
hint of dark chocolate, cocoa and vanilla,
culminating with a bright and lively finish.
2015 J. Davies "Jamie" Cabernet

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Jaime displays
a deep garnet-purple color and nose of plum
preserves, crème de cassis, mocha and licorice
with hints of blueberry pie, Chinese five spice,
black soil and pepper. Full-bodied, rich,
concentrated and wonderfully decadent, it
has a firm backbone of fine-grained tannins
supporting the generous fruit, finishing on
a spicy note.
