> PUTTING CHAMPIONSHIP ON TAP
If you're a wizard with a flatstick,
get ready for the 2021 NPT Tour
Championship coming to Classic
Club on Saturday, November 13. The
National Putting Tour runs competi-
tive tournaments across the country
for cash and prizes, and the show-
down at Classic Club will feature
extra winnings and points for play-
ers on tour looking to boost their
standing. Participants can compete
in beginner, amateur and profes-

> BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE
The Desert Valleys Builders Asso-
ciation is holding its 14th-annual
fund-raising event at Classic Club on
Friday, November 19. The event fea-
tures 18 holes of golf, a box lunch,
cart, and more. Early bird foursomes
can be purchased for $750 and $190
for individual players. The DVBA is
an association of building industry
professionals who represent the con-
struction industry and who are com-
mitted to ensuring building in the
Coachella and Imperial valleys re-

> THE RETURN OF A CLASSIC
The Pro-Am Tour's California
Classic returns to the Coachella Val-
ley November 27-December 4 for its
27th year. The third round of the 72-
hole event on Thursday, December 2,
will be played at Classic Club. Par-
ticipants will also compete at the
PGA WEST Nicklaus Tournament
Course, the PGA WEST Stadium
Course and SilverRock Resort. The
Pro-Am Tour offers amateur golfers
the opportunity to play competi-
tively at world-class courses with
like-minded golfers, and teams are
composed of one professional and
