the

Services
team,
Rosenfeld
has
been
working
at
Classic
Club
for

months.
Rosenfeld
also
won
Employee

the
Quarter
in
late
2019,
but
taking
home
the
prestigious
honor
for
the
year
was
"awesome,"
he
said.

ROLANDO TORRES
What is your job title? Equipment operator. how
long have you worked at classic club? 13 years.
What are your responsibilities? Maintaining the
golf course. how did you become involved in your
line of work? I knew someone who use to work here
and they recommended it. What's the most inter-
esting part of your job? I basically enjoy every aspect of my job.
What do you enjoy about being out on the golf course? I enjoy
when we get compliments about the condition of the golf course.
one thing people might be surprised to know about you? I like
it when the supervisors notice my work. one word would you use
to describe yourself? Respectful. What do you like to do when
you're not working? I enjoy playing soccer.
JOSE 'PEPE' GARCIA
What is your job title? Lead Lunch Line Cook at Bel-
latrix Restaurant. how long have you worked at
classic club? Two years. What are your responsibil-
ities? Oversee the production of all food produced
on the lunch line. Come up with daily specials and
soups for the day. Ensure proper timing for the exe-
cution of entrees. Make sure quality and presentation standards
are met. What attracted you to classic club? Started out as a
dishwasher in a mom-and-pop restaurant. I was promoted to cook
and I really enjoyed it. What's the most interesting part of your
job? Working the line with different styles and personalities of staff
to achieve a common goal. What's your favorite item on the
menu at Bellatrix and why? The "Classic Club Sandwich." It is sim-
ple to prepare, tasty and a twist on an old favorite. What do you
like to do when you're not working? Play and coach soccer.
