T he Players Club mem- bers are well aware of the benefits that come with the program – great rates on golf at their home course and beyond, compli- mentary range balls, free clinics and discounts on mer- chandise, food and drinks. But did you know that The Players Club members also get amazing deals on events and tournaments at Ameri- can Golf-managed properties across the country? Whether you're signing up for a charity foursome at your local club, playing in a twilight nine-hole league or attending one of the many social events off the fairways and greens at your home course, as a member of The Players Club, you'll get the best rates on the best events. "We try to make our events as attractive as possi- ble for members of The Play- ers Club," said Kimmy Arranaga, a Regional Direc- tor of Sales for American Golf. "We welcome their par- ticipation, and we want them to be excited to get involved." Additionally, a number of events were held in 2019 exclusively for The Players Club members, such as The Players Club Championship and other member-guest and member-member tourna- ments. There are also events throughout the year for every level of golfer – whether you're driven by competition, looking to im- prove your game or simply enjoy the social aspect of navigating 18 holes with friends and new acquain- tances. Registration for The Players Club members is often as much as 20 percent below the regular rates. The Players Club members can also schedule group out- ings at any time of year and, of course, they receive special member rates. Arranaga said interested golfers can contact her (karranaga@american golf.com), or Jack Duty (jduty@americangolf.com) to arrange an outing at any American Golf property. "Our focus is on providing unique events that will be at- tractive to The Players Club members and giving them more value in addition to the benefits that attract them to the club in the first place," Arranaga said. "We're able to put on great events and give The Players Club mem- bers that social experience without having to join a private club." .................................................. > CLICk HERE to learn more.
