We're fortunate to have a terrific team here at Classic Club
O
ne of the things I've realized over the years is that there are
many reasons to be thankful for the opportunity to man-
age the property here at Classic Club. A stellar Arnold
Palmer-designed golf course, a clubhouse that's among the best
in the region and our unique association with the H.N.
and Frances C. Berger Foundation that allows us to
help charitable organizations maximize their fund-
raising efforts are just a few.
Also included on that list are the people I get to
work with year-round on a daily basis.
Regular readers of the Insider have seen their
names appear in these pages many times. From
Charitable Sales and Marketing Manager Diane Plichta
and Sales and Catering Manager Charlsie Osborne to PGA
Teaching Professional Jason Smith and Golf Shop Merchandiser
Miriah Garcia, along with our new Director of Agronomy Andrew
Rebman, these are the team members that have their fingers on the
pulse of our operations – they're the ones that make it happen day
in and day out. And as you flip through this month's edition, you'll
hear from each as they share valuable insight into the goings-on
here at Classic Club.
While my alloted space doesn't allow me to mention all of our
outstanding crew, you should know that it's because of their dedi-
cation and hard work that Classic Club is as good as it gets for
daily-fee golfers in the Coachella Valley. And for that, I am grateful.
