According to Mike Hansen of Hansen Fitness for Golf in Irvine, there are two types of pain that aggravate a golfers hips: a dull, aching pain that can be the re- sult of arthritis or other condition, and sharp pain, which can be caused by your swing and dif- ficulty rotating your hips. Here are a couple tips to help heal your issues with hip pain.
