BrIEFly In ThE nEws BOOK A TEE TIME NEW CARTS IN PLAY AT CLASSIC CLUB I f you've played a round of golf at Classic Club recently you may have noticed a smoother ride around the course. That's because Classic Club introduced a new fleet of golf carts just as the course opened for the season in November after overseeding. The carts, 80 in all, are decked out in dark blue with black tops and are one of the industry-leading models from Club Car. In addition to a smooth ride, the carts feature custom seats with extra comfortability as well as USB ports for electronic devices. The carts also offer GPS so golfers always have valuable information about their distances, hazards, and more at their fingertips. "We're hoping to install speakers, too, when the option becomes available," said Head Golf Professional Dawson Hess.
