aso Robles is blowing up a little
bit," says Adelaida Pitts, 32 tasting
room manager for Law Estate
Wines. "Addie" as she is known
in this town where she grew up,
has spent most of her working life employed in tast-
ing rooms of wineries in the area. Law Estate is
found near the top of a twisting, turning road.
Guests from around the world have made the trip to
this appointment-only winery with its small produc-
tion and allocation membership. Law Estate is one
of the examples of how Paso Robles offers a high
end wine experience for visitors.
With over 300 wineries and counting, Paso Rob-
les in Central California has in recent years, inserted
itself into the conversation as the best wine region
