olf Digest has named Vanderbilt
Legends Club PGA Professional
Joe Hallett as Tennessee's No. 1 golf
instructor in its biennial survey recog-
nizing the nation's 50 Best Teachers.
"This is truly a great honor. It is
humbling to be regarded so highly
among my peers and those to who I
view as mentors," Hallett said. "It's
nice to be recognized for something
about which I'm so passionate."
Hallett is a multiple award-winning
teacher who works with players of all
levels – as well as some of the biggest
names on the LPGA Tour, including
Juli Inkster, Stacy Lewis, Lizette Salas,
Karine Icher and Inbee Park.
"We are proud of Joe and so happy
he is on our team," said David Latture,
GM of the OB Sports-managed Van-
derbilt Legends Club. "He brings na-
tional and regional recognition to our
club and is great member of our staff."
