I would say how the consumer's preferences for in- novation has evolved. Today's players are much more edu- cated than in the past, and they expect and need a rela- tionship with the brands they are loyal to. Their thirst for "new" is what has driven the constant evolution of our footwear and apparel. The technology that is available today that wasn't there three to five years ago is amazing. ••• What are some of your top priorities at FootJoy in the coming months? We are com- mitted to continuing to pro- vide performance products that enhance the enjoyment of the game. ••• What are some of the new FootJoy products that you're most excited about? The new DNA Helix and Pro SL are two very successful men's footwear products that are in the market today. I am very excited about a new, ulti- mate performance golf shoe that is being introduced in early 2018. Our ladies foot- wear line delivers many op- tions that will appeal to every type of consumer. It's impor- tant to note our women's line is not just a "takedown" from our men's collection. Every women's shoe category was designed and developed for women based on specific input from women. ••• What advice do you have for golfers who are considering purchasing a new pair of golf shoes? First and fore- most, make sure you get fit. Through thousands of fittings we've conducted around the world, we have found that around 70 percent of people wear the wrong size golf shoe. Wearing the wrong size can lead to discomfort and dimin- ished performance. So before you buy any golf shoe, make sure you get properly fit to the correct size. ••• Is there anything else you would like to add?
