Classic Club continues to play its part in charity functions
A
mazing.
That's
how
I'd
describe
the
7th
annual
Patrick
Warburton
Golf
for
Kids
Celebrity
Golf
Tournament
March
9-12.
It
was
a
week
filled
with
great
golf,
music,
parties,
and
other
activities.
And,
it
included
a
blockbuster
finish:
a
total
of
$2.27
million
was
raised
for
the
St.
Jude
Chil-
dren's
Research
Hospital,
a
new
record.
I'd
like
to
personally
thank
all
the
volunteers,
celebrities
and
generous
donors
involved
as
we
couldn't
make
the
event
such
a
huge
success
year
after
year
without
your
participation.
I'm
already
looking
forward
to
doing
it
again
in
2018.
I'm
also
happy
to
report
that
Classic
Club
shat-
tered
some
other
fund-raising
records
in
2016.
It
was
an-
nounced
in
February
that
Classic
Club
raised
more
money
for
charitable
causes
last
year
(over
$5
million)
than
any
other
Troon
Golf-managed
facility
in
the
world.
It's
events
such
as
the
Warbur-
ton
Golf
for
Kids
Celebrity
Golf
Tournament
that
help
us
lead
the
way,
as
well
as
the
numerous
other
charity
events
that
are
held
at
Classic
Club
throughout
the
year.
In
fact,
this
is
one
of
the
busiest
times
of
the
year
for
charity-type
tournaments
–
and
in
this
edition
of
the
Insider
you
can
check
out
some
of
the
ones
that
are
coming
to
Classic
Club.
Thanks

put
in
the
time
and
effort
to
make
our
charity
events
possible
and
successful
and
I
