I help with golf needs or if guests want a friendly face to park their car. how long have you worked at classic club? Just over a year. what do you enjoy most? My co-workers. I can al- ways count on my co-workers to make the day go smoother. your greatest strength? That I am able to adapt to situations and keep doing my job. what's most challenging? In a rush or on a big day, it's making sure every customer is tended to. One thing people don't know about your job? We run a lot, most times we are out of breath but we do a good job of not letting the guests know. what's your motto on the job? The hawk is watching. what is your greatest achievement? Being named Employee of the Quarter. what do you like to do outside of work? I'm a musician. I've been playing the drums for about 15 years. what is your job title? First Assistant Mechanic. what does your job entail? Maintaining and mak- ing sure all grounds mowers are cutting at their best so our course has its best cut. And sometimes if the crew is short they will have me go out and help maintain the golf course. how long have you worked at classic club? Since 2005. what do you enjoy most? Working on the machines. your greatest strength on the job? I can honestly say it's that I have a good relationship with everyone on the maintenance crew. what's most challenging? To be honest I've been doing this for so long that it comes pretty easy to me. One thing people don't know about your job? All that it takes to maintain a golf course. what's your motto on the job? Always show up in a good mood and ready to work. your greatest achievement? My two sons. what is your job title? Banquet Su- pervisor. what does your job entail? Managing the flow of production for each event. Timing is everything! how long have you worked at classic club? For a total of al- most 6 years, with a short leave of absence to work at a family job. what do you enjoy most about your job? The interactions with customers and workers, and watching everyone come together to complete a job. your greatest strength on the job? Com- posure. what's your motto on the job? Composure is key. You have to keep your head on straight. what is your greatest achievement? Being consistent at this job for as many years as I've been here. what do you like to do outside of work? Work on the house that my brother and I own to- gether, and spend as much time with friends and family as I can.
