t's a busy year at Tetherow in Bend, Oregon,
with vacation rental homes, a recreation center,
event pavilion, and adventure cottages all
slated for completion and opening in 2016. The
Recreation Center will be completed by Memorial
Day weekend, and includes a year-round heated
pool, fitness center, breakfast center/wine
bar/café, cabanas, fire pit, and outdoor lounge
seating, among other amenities. The Event
Pavilion will be completed by July 1, and
features 12,000 square feet of usable space
to fit up to 350 people for weddings and
events. The adventure cottages are in the
first phase of development and the new
four-bedroom vacation rental homes, fea-
turing hot tubs, fire pits, and more, are for
sale now.

bar at Tijeras
Creek Golf Club in
Southern California,
golfers can eat, drink,
and be merry.
A major upgrade of
TJ's Cantina included
the addition of sliding
windows with views of
the 10th hole, outdoor
seating at the bar, new
furnishings, and a 100-
inch video wall.

selection of beer and
wine is available and a
new menu is being of-
