Hostess at Bella- trix Restaurant. what does your job entail? I greet guests and seat them in the restaurant. I also help with office work, like advertise- ments and printing new menus. what do you enjoy most? It's a great environment and everyone is so friendly. your greatest strength on the job? I can re- main calm during pressure; that helps a lot when we have long wait lists. what's most challenging? We can get really busy during high season with happy hour so it can get stressful. One thing people don't know about your job? You need to always have a good atti- tude because your attitude affects how guests react to you. Motto on the job? Just keep smil- ing. your greatest achievement? Being named Employee of the Quarter. I definitely feel like I'm just doing my part to keep the restaurant running smoothly. what is your job title? Greenskeeper. what does your job entail? Mowing, edging bunkers, weed-eating and anything else re- quired of me, but most of all making the course look good. How many years have you worked at Classic Club? Three. what do you enjoy most about your job? Maintaining the bunkers and over- seeding season. what is your greatest strength on the job? Getting along with all of the supervisors. what's most challenging about your job? Mowing straight lines on the tees. what's one thing people don't know about your job? All that entails main- taining a golf course. what's your motto on the job? Always be on time. your greatest achievement? Having this job as long as I have. I've only worked seasonal jobs in the past. what do you like to do outside of work? Rest and watch TV. what is your job title? PGA Assistant Golf Professional (sea- sonal). what does your job entail? Mak- ing sure the guest has a great day at our facil- ity. how many years at classic club? Two. what do you enjoy most? The people I work with. I look forward to going to work in the morning. your greatest strength on the job? Being friendly and handling any type of re- quest that comes up on a given day. what's most challenging? Working long hours and being inside. Work at Classic Club is fun, but it's hard to look outside and see all that sun- shine. One thing people don't know about your job? Everyone has the misconception that a golf professional plays golf every day. Motto on the job? Pay attention to detail. what do you like to do outside of work? Golfing, fishing, hunting and hanging out with friends and family.
