I plan and maintain a sus- tainable, French bio-intensive, organic garden which supplies fresh herbs and produce to The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards. What is the best part of your job? Harvesting (and tasting!) the re- sults of our hard work. Nothing is better than fresh, warm vegeta- bles from The Garden – especi- ally our tomatoes! Tell us something we would not know about you.
