Introducing Adjustable Perimeter Weighting. This innovative sliding weight signi!cantly increases MOI and forgiveness,
and provides unlimited draw and fade bias settings. The new Hyper Speed Face is lighter, hotter and more robust no

at 15, he slipped one shot be-
hind Sam Snead and Ben
Hogan. That's where he fin-
ished, and Snead edged Hogan
70-71 in the 18-hole playoff.
Twenty-five years ago, Scott
Hoch's disaster was on a
smaller scale. Needing a two-
and-a-half-foot putt on the 10th
hole to claim the 1989 Masters
in a playoff against Nick
Faldo, Hoch missed –
and lost on the next hole.
Finally, Phil Mickel-
son's long-awaited major
breakthrough happened 10
years ago, when he eased in an
18-foot putt on the 72nd hole,
to nip Ernie Els by one, then
jumped as high in the air as he
was capable.

CRYSTAL BALL
The Masters typically rewards
patience and experience, with
past results a reliable predictor.
Thus, it's no surprise to pick Phil
Mickelson, if he's healthy and
the in-form, defending cham-
pion Adam Scott as favorites.
Among the younger stars,
Aussie Jason Day won the
WGC-Accenture Match Play in
February and has two top-3s at
Augusta since 2011, though he's
nursing ailments of his own.
Rory McIlroy has found his
game again, even if he's not
closing the deal as often as he'd
like and Jordan Spieth has the
maturity at 20 to contend.
Yet, the most intriguing pick
is Patrick Reed, who already
has captured the Humana and
the WGC-Cadillac event at
Doral in 2014. Moreover, he at-
tended Augusta State Univer-
sity, where he led them to
victories in the 2010 and 2011
NCAA Championships.
He may not know the Masters,
but he knows Augusta and he
knows pressure and that makes
him a solid dark-horse selection.
