"We're known
for our upscale
food, everything is
made from scratch," says
Babette Wilson, Cili's General
Manager. "And, there's one
server to every 15 guests to ensure the highest level of service."
Before the party, event coordinators work within a designated budget for events large
and small. Once guests arrive,
they're transported to a holiday
wonderland, with twinkling
lights, fabulously decorated
trees and poinsettias all around.
There's even a ceiling-high tree
in the foyer of the restaurant.
Intimate affairs
for up to 35 guests
can be held in the
restaurant's private
dining room, while
appetizers for 1,200
can be served in the restaurant,
outdoor patio and main room.
Each menu is tailored to special requests. A holiday menu
featuring favorites such as
carved turkey and butternut
squash also is available. The
choice of a buffet or sit-down
meal or a selection of appetizers
enables flexibility in pricing.

9 Inquire about centerpieces.
Floral arrangements can take a
significant chunk out of your
budget. At Cili, centerpieces at
each table are included with all
holiday bookings.
9 factor in entertainment
costs. Some facilities charge
extra for microphone or dance
floor usage. Be sure to ask.
9 Manage alcohol. Many companies prefer to limit the flow of
alcohol, so consider handing out
two drink tickets to each guest.

available at a cash bar.
