Bellatrix offers a carefully curated bourbon
menu, thanks to Food and Beverage Manager
John Stice and his team.
"We have several distillers and distributors
who bring in samples for our team to consider
adding to our menu selection," he said. "Factors
such as price, availability and taste contribute to
our selection process."
