MAJOR HONOR
Classic Club nabs No. 20 in Golfweek ranking
W
hile the golf course is going to be closed until August
31 for aerification and other maintenance projects,
the team at Classic Club is still celebrating a major
honor for its continued efforts on our Arnold
Palmer-designed layout.
In June, Golfweek ranked Classic Club No. 20
in California on its 2022 list of the Best Courses
You Can Play. The top public-access courses in
each state are judged by Golfweek's nationwide
network of raters based on 10 criteria points,
producing a single overall rating on each course.
Coming in at No. 20 in the state is a great honor and makes
the work that we put into the course well worthwhile.
In other exciting news, we're thrilled to announce that The
Warburton will be returning to Classic Club in 2023 for its 13th
year. Last February, we helped raise nearly $4 million for the
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, bringing the total amount
to more than $22 million. You can get more details about The
Warburton in this edition as well as learn more about some of
the special golf programs we offer at Classic Club along with
our benefit-packed wine club.
Lastly, Bellatrix Restaurant will reopen on August 25, and you
can make an appointment to visit the golf shop until the course
reopens on September 1. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
