here's a new top dog coming to
town to stir the taste buds of
diners at PGA WEST.
The official WEST Dog will be unveiled
on the menus of Ernie's, Wallaby's,
and Pete's Grill this month and it's sure
to satisfy both sweet and spicy lovers
alike.
Created by the PGA WEST culinary
team, including Chef Herve of Ernie's,
the all-beef hot dog is wrapped in
pepper-candied bacon and drizzled
with a jalapeño aioli.
Enjoy the new dog with one of PGA
WEST's signature cocktails, such as the
"Lamb-Andreas Fault" – the winner of
the Owen's Craft Mixer contest held
during The American Express PGA Tour
event – or the classic "Transfusion."
