he 2022 Classic Club event cal-
endar is quickly filling up,
once again welcoming wine
lovers to enjoy a series of five-
course lunch menus paired with a vari-
ety of critically acclaimed vineyards.
Bellatrix Restaurant has rolled out the
menu for the first wine lunch of the year,
set for January 26, which will showcase
delectable wines from Napa Valley's
distinguished Hall Winery.
Upon seating, guests start with a bed
of organic petite arugula with pome-
granates, orange supremas, toasted wal-
nuts and goat cheese crouton with
creamy citrus dressing, along with crisp
Walt Sonoma Coast Chardonnay.
The first course is followed by a sa-
vory herb crusted lamb chop with wild
mushroom strudel and blackberry gas-
trique, accompanied by a glass of Walt
"Blue Jay" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir.
A palette-cleansing raspberry inter-
mezzo will precede the fourth course, a
Cabernet-nutmeg braised veal shank on
butternut squash risotto with purple
cauliflower and cassis demi sauce, served
with Kathyrn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon.
For the final course, guests can enjoy
a cherry crème brulee tart paired with
Baca Dusi Vineyard "Double Dutch"
Zinfandel.
Monthly wine lunches are also slated
for four additional Wednesday dates, in-
cluding February 23 featuring Miner
Family Winery; March 23 featuring Napa
Valley's Grgich Hills Winery; April 20
highlighting Trefethen Family Vineyards;
and an Italian wine face-off featuring
Barolo and Barbaresco on May 18.

ellatrix Restaurant is cooking up
a special five-course wine din-
ner for couples to celebrate
Valentine's Day.
The selection of food and wine that
will be served on Monday, February 14,
starting at 5:30 p.m. includes a variety
of Northern California varietals, fine-
dining dishes and an extra-special
dessert to complete the meal.
The all-inclusive dinner is $165 per
person and $300 per couple.
