nthony Nespoli joined the
team at Classic Club during
the summer, taking over as
Director of Food and Beverage.
A resident of La Quinta, Nespoli
previously worked at il Corso
restaurants for 15 years and was
born into the business as his family
owned hotels and restaurants while
he was young.
Here are his thoughts about the
opportunity at Classic Club:

What are your responsibilities? I
oversee all food and beverage for the
property, including Grille and
beverage carts, Bellatrix Restaurant,
and banquets and catering.

What attracted you to Classic Club?
The passion and vision of what the
property will be was a huge driving
factor in wanting to become part of the
team here. The moment I walked into
the restaurant I could see the potential
for something great.

What's the most interesting part of
your job? The opportunity to be part of
an already amazing team of leadership
and to be able to build the food and
beverage programs into something
that will be spectacular for the
Coachella Valley.

What impresses you the most about
Bellatrix? The overall layout and views
of the restaurant. It will be something
special this season.

Name a favorite item on the menu at
Bellatrix? On our new fall menu, I
think the barrel cut Prime filet mignon
will stay as a favorite.

What do you like to do for fun?
Spending time with my family is my
joy. Anything with them is my happy
place, especially in the garden at the
Living Desert – it truly doesn't matter
as long as we are together.
