hen you dine at a PGA WEST
restaurant, you're in for a
unique culinary encounter.
With creative, talented and knowledgeable
executive chefs who are dedicated to
serving the finest and freshest ingredients,
you're bound to experience an amazing
meal. Some of the dining options include
Wallaby's West and Ernie's Bar and Grill –
which are open to the public – and The
Citrus Club restaurant and Kennedy's,
which are open to private club members.
The executive chefs include Frank Shimazu
at the resort courses, Rudy Zazueta at The
Citrus Club, and Aaron Christopher-Lee
at Kennedy's at the Club at PGA WEST.
Each strive to exceed expectations with
ingredients, flavor, and presentation.
The restaurants go above and beyond in
numerous ways. The Citrus Club, for
instance, operates a chef's garden on site
where everything from Brussels sprouts
and herbs to tomatoes and peppers are
grown and incorporated into the dishes.
At Kennedy's, the pursuit of flavors and
freshness can be seen in the Peak Harvest
Menu, where the restaurant puts together
a three-course meal using fruits and
vegetables from local farms that are in
peak season and at their absolute best.
Wallaby's, meanwhile, features a scratch
kitchen, where every dish is made fresh
from start to finish.
