elcome to the premiere edition of Inside the Ropes, a new
digital publication focusing on The Western Home of Golf
in America
™
– PGA WEST.
Inside the Ropes is designed to keep you in the loop with important
news and events happening at this legendary golf and lifestyle
community located amid the panoramic views of the Santa Rosa
Mountains in La Quinta, California.
Each edition will provide you with an inside-the-ropes look at the nine
championship golf courses at PGA WEST. These include four private
courses – the Palmer Private Course, the Nicklaus Private Course, the
Weiskopf Private Course and The Citrus Club – and five public resort
courses, including the Pete Dye Stadium Course, the Nicklaus
Tournament Course, the Greg Norman Course, the Pete Dye Mountain
Course, and the Pete Dye Dunes Course.
But that's not all.
Inside the Ropes will provide you with a vehicle to learn about
membership opportunities, dining experiences, golf instruction and so
much more.
In this inaugural edition, we cover the bases on a couple of big-time
events that have taken place at PGA WEST recently, including the PGA
Tour's The American Express, and one of the top college golf events in
the country, The Prestige.
In addition, you'll find an article highlighting the history of PGA WEST
as well as a feature story focusing on several of the upgrades that have
been made at the golf courses and how they've been improved since
being acquired by HJ/CG Partners, LLC in 2020.
You'll also learn more about the instruction opportunities at PGA
WEST, the upgrades and menu changes that have enhanced the dining
experience at Wallaby's West, and a new video spotlighting the
Signature community, the last home development at PGA WEST.
