BOOK A TEE TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE QUARTER H elping and assisting golfers by providing stellar customer service is what Classic Club's Outside Services team strives for every day. That team spirit has been on full display, even during difficult times such as these. To honor Outside Services, all staff members were recently selected as Employees of the Quarter for the golf department, and answered the questions below collectively. Here's what they had to say: uuu What are your responsibilities at Classic Club? To ensure a high level of customer service to our guests while maintaining precision accuracy of our day-to- day duties. uuu What attracted you to work at Classic Club? How well the organization functions; it makes coming to work enjoyable. uuu What's the most interesting part of your job? To establish and maintain a bond between co-workers and guests to ensure the best possible experience. uuu What are a few of your favorite things about the golf course? No housing, secluded, and nature at its finest! Makes playing golf a full experience. uuu What is your favorite hole and why? Hole 8. Visually stunning, fair but challenging, and one of the best tiered greens. uuu One word to describe your team? Unified. AT YOUR SERVICE Outside Services team strives to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction MAINTENANCE ROLANDO TORRES What is your job title? Equipment operator. How long have you worked at Classic Club? More than 14 years and seven months. What are your respon- sibilities? Maintaining the golf course and every- thing that entails. How did you end up working at Classic Club? I was working for the contractor who built the golf course and I applied when the course was com- pleted. What's the most interesting part of your job? The most interesting part in my opinion is being happy and proud to work for the golf course for more than 14 years. What do you enjoy about being out on the golf course? I enjoy accomplishing work with my companions and always seeing the golf course in great condition. How would you describe yourself? Responsible and honest. What do you like to do when you're not working? Being at home with my family. FOOD & BEVERAGE JULIO GUTIERREZ What is your job title? Dining room assistant. How long have you worked at Classic Club? One year and 9 months. What are your responsibilities? My job has become even more important with the new policies re- garding cleaning and sanitizing. I'm responsible for the restaurant set up and then bussing and maintaining a clean and safe environ- ment for our guests. What's the most interesting part of your job? I enjoy the beautiful view from our patio and being able to in- teract with our guests. What's your favorite item on the menu at Bellatrix and why? The Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich, it's deli- cious and filling. What do you like to do when you're not work- ing? Hang out with fiends, travel and watch Netflix.
