TIGER'S WIN GIVES THE GAME REASON TO CELEBRATE
I
t's been a while since Tiger Woods won the Masters, but I still
have the chills. After battling through personal and physical
problems for the past decade, Tiger finally cast his trou-
bles aside and slipped on his fifth Green Jacket by
fending off a stellar field at Augusta National.
The feat was spectacular to watch and it cre-
ated a buzz that could be heard around the
game. It also happened to come at an oppor-
tune time as this year is also the 40th anniver-
sary of TaylorMade Golf, whose equipment Tiger
used to complete one of the most improbable come-
backs in sports history.
As if on cue, we highlight three of the innovative products re-
cently launched by TaylorMade in this edition of the Insider, in-
cluding the new Tiger P7TW limited-edition irons, a line of
Spider putters, and the Original One Mini Driver, which is a
throwback to one of the brand's first clubs from four decades ago.
Yes, with Tiger Woods' win at Augusta and the celebration of
the game's impact on the lives of Americans, there is definitely
reason to rejoice right now. There's a lot to look forward to as well
– like the PGA Championship coming up May 16-19.
