4) Cameron Champ. As a
Texas A&M Aggie, Champ made the
cut at the 2017 U.S. Open, and was tied
for eighth, eventually finishing T32.
On the Web.com Tour in 2018, he's
posted one win, five top 10s, and
boasts a Tour-leading driving distance
average of 342 yards.
Look for monster results on the PGA
Tour in 2019.
5) Tiger Woods. Yes, Tiger
Woods. Think of it. In early December
2017, he placed 1,199 in the Official
World Golf Rankings. Folks weren't
even sure he would ever play again, let
alone break 80.
In late September 2018, following his
breakthrough win at the Tour Champi-
onship, he ranks 13th. Between shaking
off nerves, rust, a faulty driver and a
balky putter, he's again one of the
game's elite. He's seemingly solved the
technical issues. 2019 could be massive.
