INSIDE AMERICAN GOLF
SIGN OF SUCCESS
The Players Club program continues to grow
W
hen we began offering memberships to The
Players Club in early 2015 at a handful of
courses, the goal was to provide golfers with
a program where they could enjoy the game more – and
more often. We developed a loyalty program where
members received reduced rates at their home
course as well as opportunities to practice
more frequently and to receive
complimentary instruction.
By taking advantage of these opportunities,
the thought was, golfers would be able to
improve their games, play more frequently, and get
added enjoyment out of the sport.
More than three years later, there are more than 52,000
members who have joined The Players Club and there
are now 48 participating courses. Even better for
members, the benefits of the program now extend to the
whole portfolio of courses, so they can enjoy reduced
green fees at a multitude of courses across the country.
And now, we're excited to announce The Players Club
2.0. As we highlight in this edition, we have plans in the
works to bring members even more benefits and
opportunities to play the game in fun and competitive
settings, so stay tuned for more perks to come.
