The new year rings in plenty of excitement at Classic Club
T
he new year brings with it plenty of excitement here at Clas-
sic Club as we gear up for another season of tournaments,
great golf and fine dining.
One of the blockbuster events that always has a huge impact
in the community is The Warburton, which will return to
Classic Club March 1-4. This spectacular festival
brings together golf, music and much more to help
raise funds for the St. Jude Children's Research Hos-
pital. Last year we raised over $2 million for this
worthy cause and I'm looking forward to another
fun and successful event. Get more of the details in
this issue and come out and join us if you can.
Of course this time of year also brings numerous other
fund-raising events for great causes to Classic Club, and you'll
find a list of them in the pages that follow. They offer an opportunity
to play the golf course – which is in fantastic shape – and to assist or-
ganizations such as local high schools, military personnel and more.
You can also join us at Bellatrix Restaurant for two special events
coming up – our Valentine's Day Dinner and a dinner featuring the
award-winning Stags' Leap Wine Cellars.
And if your golf game needs a little help to start the year, you can
pick up a few tips from our PGA Teaching Professional Jason Smith
as he provides several ways to improve your game in the new year.
Finally, I'd like to wish our staff and guests a happy New Year and
