achievement? Having a great wife, three children and successfully manag-
ing the ups and downs of a 40-year career. One thing people might be
surprised to know about you? I've built four collector cars over 25 years
with one being featured in a magazine. what do you like to do outside of
work? Spend time with my wife and grandkids.

Meal preparation, working on
the lunch line, mainly on
banquet preparation and

sic Club? I was looking for a
new job opportunity. what's

menu? Mahi fish sandwich.

about your job?
I enjoy working with great
people. Your greatest
strength on the job? Being a team player. what is your greatest
achievement? My kids. One thing people might be surprised to
know about you? I only have one kidney. I donated my other one to a
sick family member. what do you like to do outside of work? Spend
time with my family.
