A portion of every purchase helps support the Folds of Honor Founda- tion, a non-profit organization de- signed to provide scholarships to spouses and children of America's fallen and disabled service members. Puma and Volition announced the partnership in January, and the first part of the collection became available in May. It is a partnership between or- ganizations led by Major Dan Rooney, the founder of Folds for Honor Foun- dation and a PGA Professional, Cobra Puma Golf President and CEO Bob Philion, and Volition America Execu- tive Director Gary Sims. The Volition America line consists of apparel, footwear and accessories that are stylish and durable, as well as visual nods to the sacrifices that American military personnel make while serving their country. Most come in some combination of red, white and blue, and, according to Rooney, who did three tours of duty as an F-16 fighter pilot in the Air Force, 14 percent of every purchase goes to Folds of Honor. "We are honored to have an influ- ential, innovative brand such as Puma Golf and Volition America join us to deliver a golf collection that celebrates American pride," said Major Rooney. "We believe in this collection and the impact it will have on countless lives. Volition is the power of choice. We can choose to pursue our passions and use our talents to make a positive difference in the world. "The team at Puma is lending its support and talents to create a collec- tion that not only celebrates America and patriotism, but represents choice. Golfers will now have the power to choose clothes, shoes and hats to wear that have a bigger purpose and sup- port Folds of Honor's mission to pro- vide scholarships to military families," Rooney said. a fittinG tribute New line of golfwear will benefit American service members
