O
rganizing a holiday party can be over-
whelming, but American Golf's
easy-to-use Holiday Party Calculator and
expert event planners and vendors can help make
the process a breeze. If you're in charge of the
gathering this year, consider these four questions
when planning your event.
1
how many people do i want to invite? Whether
you're planning a small dinner party or a large
corporate event, private clubs managed by
American Golf have space to suit most any need.
"We have huge holiday events of up to 500
people all the way down to shared holiday parties
where smaller companies reserve tables of 10 and
we decorate the space for several different
companies to share a holiday event at the same
time," said Troy Sacco, Vice President of Sales at
American Golf. "The best part is if you want a
small intimate dinner for your team or your
friends and family, we have some of the most
amazing private dining areas that are perfect for
that cozy relaxed personal event as well."
The size of your party will affect catering and
space needs as well as your budget, so having a
general idea of how many people you're
envisioning will make the planning process
smoother.

when do i want to have my event? Having an
approximate time during the holidays for
when you'd like to host your event is a good start,
particularly because it's important to book your
event early enough to secure your preferred date.
"Though there's really no hard rule on how
early you need to book your event, we are seeing a
trend that shows people are booking earlier and
earlier," said Sacco. "You can book your event up
to a year in advance, but we see people booking
events between three to four months in advance
on average."
