s the sport of golf returns to the Olympic Games for
the first time since 1904, seven men and women will
represent the United States in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,
wearing the red, white and blue designs of adidas Golf – the
official uniform sponsor for the athletes, coaches and staff of
USA Golf.
And now you, too, can show your support for Rickie
Fowler, Bubba Watson, Lexi Thompson, Stacy Lewis and the
other U.S. Olympians by dressing like them from head to toe.
The official adidas U.S. uniforms – a variety of caps, polo
shirts and tops, vests, pullovers, pants, shorts, dresses and
soft-spike shoes – are already in selected Worldwide Golf
Shops retail stores including Roger Dunn Golf Shops, The
Golf Mart, Vans Golf Shops, Golfers' Warehouse, Edwin Watts
and Uinta Golf.
"The identical adidas Olympic uniform items are available
to the general public," said Lonna Williamson, apparel team
lead for Worldwide Golf Shops. "All of the apparel can be pur-
chased at select store locations as well as on our website."
Regardless of his or her individual endorsements, each U.S.
Olympian will wear adidas apparel during the 72-hole, stroke-
play men's and women's competitions, to be contested on the
tEAm spirit
